About Nicole

Nicole Milligan-Young was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. and moved to Fairburn, Ga. She comes from a background of 20 years in Elementary Education to bring communication and accounting skills learned in that experience to bear when working with her real estate clients.

 

Nicole Milligan-Young attended Mercer University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. Grand Canyon University and earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She later became a licensed Cosmetologist and Licensed Life Insurance Agent. Her skills in Cosmetology, Life Insurance Agency, Humanities, and Communication give her a unique insight into how to bargain, protect clients, find the best deal, and market properties. Her expertise in those fields has given her opportunities to work with clients to secure life insurance, protect clients, and market products.
 
Nicole Milligan-Young entered the Real Estate world 4 years ago in order to be her own boss, share her good experience as an agent, meet new people, love talking to new people, and help people accomplish homeownership.
